We have our own Qc department with Qc based all around China: Beijing, Shangai, Guangzhou ...with a coordination manager in Shangai. We inspect:

  _Bags and luggage
  _Electronics and Home Appliances items
  _Outdoor
  _Toys and Gift items and others...

The inspectors belong to each of the designed units and are specialized in specific categories of products.
This type of organization enhances their knowledge on the technicity of each product.

Before each shipment, the manager analyses their report. From the PASS, we give the factory the authorization to ship the goods.

Working process
A permanent attention to norms and regulations: Novation'I is permanent contact with European and International institutions for the latest reglementation on each kind of products: Azo free, Nickel free, Low Cadmium, ENH, Safety foods, ROHS...

Before production: First inspection done on Material and Accessories. We check the colours, the finishing of material. And all the steps of cutting for bags for example.

During production inspection: According to the product tasks, we choose between the standard available inspection on the market. The more qualitative the product has to be, the harder the inspection will be.

Before loading inspection:
-Final random inspection on the production
-Quantity checking
-Loading check

In an environment of increasingly specific standards we carry out tests in partnership with a large number of bodies: EN71-1-2-3, AZO Free, Low Cadmium, EN471...every standard is handled with extreme caution. We work very closely together with Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS, the LNE as well as TUV to comply with these standards.
